FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Are your soaps handmade?
Yes! Every bar is handmade in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and care in every piece.
2. What ingredients do you use?
We use natural oils, butters, herbs, and botanicals. Most soaps are scented with pure essential oils, and some may contain natural essential oil blends. Ingredients are always listed on the product page.
3. Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are crafted with gentle, skin-loving ingredients. However, since everyone’s skin is unique, we recommend patch testing first.
4. Do your soaps contain harsh chemicals?
No. Our soaps are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and synthetic detergents.
5. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! We never test on animals, and most of our soaps are vegan (any non-vegan soaps will be clearly labeled if they contain ingredients like honey or milk).
6. How long does a soap bar last?
On average, one bar lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use. To extend its life, keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish.
7. Can I use your soap on my face?
Many of our soaps are suitable for both body or face. Specific facial bars will be labeled for extra gentle care and specific type for body only or face only.
8. Do you take custom or bulk orders?
No. We dont offer custom batches for Bulk and wholesale due to the avalibility of quality of products and sesonal products.
9. How should I store my soap before use?
Keep it in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve scent and color.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. (expand if true). International shipping may be available upon request—please contact us.
11. What makes your incense “natural”?
Our incense is crafted with plant-based ingredients such as dried herbs, resins, essential oils, and natural bamboo split sticks. We do not use synthetic fragrances, charcoal fillers, or chemical accelerants.
12. How is your incense made?
Each stick (or cone) is hand-rolled in small batches. We blend natural powders, resins, and oils, then roll them onto bamboo sticks or mold them into cones. After drying, they’re cured to five days or more.
13. Are your incense sticks safe to burn indoors?
Yes, when used responsibly. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials, pets, and children. Use a heat-safe incense holder.
14. How long does one incense stick burn?
On average, a stick burns between 30–60 minutes, depending on thickness and ingredients. Cones usually burn 20–30 minutes.
15. What are the benefits of burning natural incense?
Many people enjoy incense for:
- Relaxation and stress relief
- Meditation and yoga practice
- Aromatherapy and mood-setting
- Purification and cleansing rituals
(Note: Incense is not intended to treat or cure medical conditions.)
16. Is your incense vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! Our incense contains no animal products, and we never test on animals.
17. Do your incense sticks produce a lot of smoke?
Because they’re made with natural materials, they produce a gentle, lighter smoke compared to mass-produced incense with fillers. The aroma is more subtle and earthy.
18. How should I store my incense?
Keep incense in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. An airtight container or box will help preserve its scent.
19. Can I order custom blends?
Yes! We can create personalized incense blends for special occasions, rituals, or gifting. Contact us to discuss your preferences.
20. Is incense safe for pets?
Burn incense with caution around pets. Animals have more sensitive respiratory systems, so ensure good ventilation and never burn incense directly near them.
