Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Lumrus! All of our products are handmade in small batches and shipped with care from Los Angeles, California.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During busy seasons or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

For pre-order soap bars, please note that they require a curing period of 4–6 weeks before they are ready to ship. This ensures the soap is fully set, safe, and of the highest quality. Your order will be shipped once the curing process is complete.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future—please contact us for inquiries.)

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Incorrect or Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lumrus is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is lost or delayed by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds until the carrier completes their investigation.

5. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

6. Local Pickup (Optional – if you want this)

If you are located in Los Angeles, CA, we may offer local pickup for select orders. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange.
