Refund policy
At Lumrus, we take pride in creating handmade products with care and attention to quality. Due to the personal nature of soap and skincare products, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened or used. Please review the following policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference (such as scent, texture, or product not being suitable for your skin).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lumrus.store@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the product/packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
3. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
